How It Works
Initial
Consultation
Your journey begins with a free initial consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and any past challenges. This helps us understand your needs and set the stage for a personalized coaching experience.
Personalized Plan
Development
Based on our initial conversation, we’ll develop a customized training and nutrition plan specifically for you. This plan will include workout routines, nutritional guidance, and mindset coaching elements.
Implementation
and Support
With your personalized plan in place, you’ll start your fitness journey. You’ll have 24/6 support from your coach, who will be available to answer questions, provide motivation, and make any necessary adjustments.
Weekly
Check-ins
Each week, we’ll have a progress check-in to assess your development, celebrate your achievements, and tweak your plan as needed. These check-ins ensure you’re continuously progressing and staying on track.
Monthly Team
Calls
Join monthly team calls covering various educational topics on nutrition, training, supplements, mindset, body image, and more. These calls provide additional support and knowledge, enhancing your overall coaching experience.

I’ve been working with Marisa for 2.5 years and she has completely changed my life! I began working with her after I needed to gain weight (25 pounds) for my fertility. Marisa not only helped me lose body fat and get me to my dream body, but she did it in a way where my fertility not only remained but got even BETTER! I also worked with Marisa through my entire pregnancy. I had full peace of mind that we were doing pregnancy safe workouts that also helped me prepare for birth. After needing an emergency c-section, Marisa created a full plan and workouts to recovery from surgery and get my pre baby body back! I originally signed up for 6 months of working with Marisa and ended up working with her for a year. I had learned about the approach she used behind nutrition and movement and I had learned enough about health and fitness to really believe this would be a healthy and sustainable way of going about my goals. And man that was the key word- SUSTAINABLE! Long term changes are not a quick fix. I’m almost a year out from when I ended working with her and I’m still going strong on my own towards my goals. More than the physical changes (I love seeing my muscle definition, their firmness, and seeing more body composition) are the mental changes that I’m even more happy about. First, I REALLY enjoy food and my view on it has shifted in the best way. I view it more as fuel than I ever have before but I also don’t feel guilty when I do want to enjoy pizza, wings, a burger. And I still eat those things on a relatively regular basis, I’m just so much more mindful about when and how much.
